Started in 1986 by boat designer and software engineer, John Lockwood, Pygmy Boats produced North America's first computer designed sea kayaks. In 23 years we have expanded our line to include 22 kayak models, our rowing skiff, the Wineglass Wherry, and our canoe the Taiga. Excellent kayak for a small person, it fit very tight on me. since pygmy kayaks is out of business as of 2023 (or earlier), you need to find an already built model, or someone who bought a kit and never put it together. EXCELLENT kayak for rolling!
