What can I say! The Recon 120 HD was my first actual fishing kayak. I’ve had mine now for 3 seasons, and it’s still going strong . I’ve been in almost every type of weather and wave action you could imagine . I am very confident in its ability to get me back to the launch , regardless of distance every time . It has plenty of space to keep all my gear stashed including my lunch in the front hatch , plenty of rod space . I can easily tailor my load out for any species I’m after . This kayak does it all . I also have wired it with the thru hull wiring kit . It’s perfect for me , from big rough water to swampy shallows. It’s easy to paddle , if need be . I can easily transport it . I’ve put a lot of Kms on this kayak, and I spend anywhere from 8-12 hours on this kayak on average .every day. The last big trip I did , I was in the kayak about 11 hours per day , 3 days in a row . And 5 km each way to the hot spot . Not once was I ever uncomfortable .
Great fishing kayak with an awesome 360 degree swivel seat! Super stable and pedals very nicely. The huge hatch in the front is great for all my electronics and everything else!

This Kayak is perfect for the all around angler, whether you’re the tournament angler, weekend Warrior, or the after work hit the lake for fun. It is super stable in the worst lake wake high boat traffic day to the constant moving ocean. Stand up with ease and feel comfortable fishing. Features Plenty of room for hauling a cooler and tackle or just all the fishing gear needed for the day. Pair it with the wilderness kayak krate and enjoy! The pedal drive is another great feature on this kayak with the ease of pedaling and for the instant reverse. If you are to get into this kayak you will not be disappointed.
