Sanborn Canoe Co. Gregory John - Sanborn Classic
Suggested Retail
$4250 USD
Our mission as paddlers and craftsmen is to cultivate passion for the paddling heritage. To add what we can to that heritage: honoring past traditions - fostering new connections for the paddling community - and forging new horizons for paddlers.
Overview
Every one of Sanborn's canoes is built as a labor of love. Sanborn's classic color design is featured in the durable gelcoat finish. A tough composite hull is finished with cherry ribs that are bent and laid in one by one by hand. It is trimmed out with white ash and cherry hardwood. Sanborn's hand-laced, yoke and and thwarts are all made from durable cherry hardwood. No exaggeration needed here, there is no canoe out there quite like a Sanborn.
