Voyageur Barrel Harness

We can honestly say, that the Voyageur is the most comfortable harness on the market. * With different size shoulder straps and hip belt (S/M/L/XL) it is also the only one that is custom fit. * Our innovative “Upper Adjustment” gives a second attachment that provides 3” of extra length that is unique to the industry. * This gives most people better control of the barrel’s weight. * The design of the back panel eliminates the shape of the barrel and feels like a pack. * Our shoulder straps and hip belt are ergonomically designed to fit a wide range of people. * As well, the shoulder straps have an adjustable sternum strap and are S-Shaped for decreased pressure on the neck. * Simply put, the Voyageur fits more people more comfortably and will last for a lifetime of canoeing.

The Voyageur seams are sewn 3 times and all straps are reinforced with bar tacking for extra strength. * Stitch count is 7 stitches per inch to increase strength. * Heavy-duty Nylon Bonded thread is used throughout for maximum strength and durability. * There are no unfinished seams. * All fabric edges are bound to prevent fraying and provide years of use.

1000 Denier Nylon. * 1” & 2” nylon webbing straps. * ¾”/19mm reticulated foam & contoured EVA foam (heavily shaped back pad). * National Molding Delrin and Acetal buckles. * High-quality dual density foam is used in the shoulder straps, hip belt and lumbar pad.
