My husband ordered a kayak from you and paid for it up front. We were promised a delivery date. That date has come and gone. No kayak has been delivered. You do not answer your phone or return calls. Your email that you suggest we use is not answered promptly, and on the rare occasion that it is answered, we have been given no meaningful information. I see that there are numerous better business bureau complaints filed against you for this same problem. What do we have to do to get someone to resolve this with us?
