I finally got out to do some rolling with the paddle the other day. I already really liked the feel while paddling and was excited to run through the roll list with it to start adding some character scuffs and scratches. The loom shape is killer, great feel! Super smooth feel on your hands and in the water.
- NickI met Ben when he worked in Savannah and bought a paddle from him - unfortunately I missed his paddle making class. My paddle not only performs beautifully, it is a work of art and when I’m not using it I keep it on display in my library. Of course once my wife saw mine she wanted one too and Ben duly made a custom paddle for her. These paddles are lightweight but very sturdy and feel like they come alive in your hands. I highly recommend them.
