Overview

The Kevlar 20" MacKenzie (shown with optional black trim) paddles like a wilderness tripping canoe, yet handles loads like a freighter canoe. Paddlers will delight at the 20" MacKenzie's fast speed and responsive handling. This canoe tracks well while the 3" of rocker allows for quick, responsive turns. The 20" MacKenzie will carry 1500 lbs with 8" of freeboard. Molded plastic bucket seats, adjustable stern footbrace and sliding bow seat make it a very comfortable canoe. Optional 3rd and 4th bench seats can increase capacity as high as six paddlers. It is suited for 3 to 4 adults and camping gear, or 2 adults, a pack of kids and gear. The 20" MacKenzie's shallow arch hull provides excellent stability. 84 lbs in Kevlar.
