Overview
Easy for the beginner to handle, yet satisfying for the more experienced canoeist. The sloping keel reduces sideslip for good tracking on lakes and streams, while allowing maneuverability for whitewater.

I bought one of these back in the spring of '80 and still use it today. In the 44 years since, it has aged way better than I have. It is very tough and very stable. I bounced it over many rocky bottoms over many river trips on the wild Missouri, the Smith, and the Marias in Montana and the Similkameen and the Methow in Washington. It does not seem to be any the worse for it. For a canoe, it is a hog in the water; definitely not a racing canoe, but it is excellent for voyaging, fishing, and hunting.
